Rasa is the project manager with the longest tenure in Diskusija and has been here since 2013. She knows every client, every vendor and all of their deepest darkest secrets. She’s the person you go to when you don’t know how to use a new translation platform, how to respond to a confusing message from a client or which approach to use when interacting with providers. Most clients would say that Rasa really puts her heart into everything she does and is always ready to go the extra mile.

Jurgita has been a fan of Diskusija for over 10 years. She began her career as a vendor manager, proved herself in project management and is now responsible for business development – so you might say that she keeps a finger on the company pulse. Over 20 years in sales helps her to communicate with clients and deal with vendors and team members. She enjoys organising teambuilding events and cannot live without nature and all things wild. A bicycle and cross-country skis are her ideal travel companions and keep her close to nature.

Roberta is a big fan of the translation industry. She started her career by translating film subtitles while still in high school and went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in translation. She gained international experience in translation project management and now applies all these tricks in her everyday work. Roberta has a unique personality that can spice things up in the workplace. At times there’s hard-working Roberta and then there’s let’s-have-a-chat Roberta. Outside of the office, she is a city girl who loves to travel, be outdoors and meet new people along the way.

Roma joined Diskusija in 2020. Previously an experienced freelance translator, now she looks after her fellow translators and other suppliers in the role of Vendor Manager. Roma enjoys her interactions with language professionals and is always ready to help Project Managers with their daily challenges. In her free time, Roma likes to cook for her beloved family as well as spend some quality time with her adorable cat watching Netflix while comfortably wrapped in a blanket (because most of the year it is a real struggle to be a hairless Sphynx cat in Lithuanian weather conditions).

Very strict and professional at work, yet knows how to unwind after the end of a hard day. Some of her favourite activities are mountain hiking, skiing and biking; she is also actively engaged in exploring various countries and getting to know different cultures.

Before joining Diskusija’s project management team, Agnė worked as a freelancer for several years and proved herself in translating, editing, copywriting as well as teaching English. When she’s not working at the office, Agnė enjoys cinema, literature, learning languages, travelling and many other things (don’t get her started). As for professional qualities, she’s a master negotiator, a creative volcano and a diligent worker. Enjoys working with the team, but is perfectly able to thrive on her own. If you ask her, it’s all about finding joy in whatever you do.

Ieva is a natural when it comes to project management. She learned all the secrets of project planning while working as an executive director of the Lithuania Project management association for a few years and now she’s putting her skills into practice. Books are not only a hobby – she has a master’s degree in literature and loves discussing the newest and trendiest books with her friends and colleagues. In her free time, she’s a loving mother of two who adores everything artsy (calligraphy is her latest passion) and baking (the Diskusija team knows just how tasty her creations are because she never forgets to share them).

Rasa has been Diskusija’s in-house editor since 2003, so she’s been with the company through thick and thin. She has a background in geography, but decided to dedicate herself to languages and is especially fond of her native Lithuanian language. Rasa is a walking dictionary – she always has some useful tips to offer or interesting facts to share. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, going to the cinema and participating in quizzes – a good way to broaden your horizons.

Vendor Manager

Natalija is our beloved vendor manager. She is primarily responsible for maintaining relationships between business and suppliers, but is also deeply immersed in many ongoing affairs at the company. Natalija is the right-hand woman of Diskusija’s project managers when it comes to finding and hiring potential vendors or providers in any related field. Keeps talking about not having enough time and still somehow manages to get things done. After work, Natalija likes to get her hands dirty – for quite a while she’s been working with pottery and always remembers to surprise her colleagues with little personal gifts.

Got a project you think we can help with?
We’d love to talk to you about it!
