Introduction
Our client was looking for a partner experienced in clinical trial translation. Quality, regulatory compliance and the ability to deliver a comprehensive service package was required. For our client, it was not easy to produce the same level of professional localisation across multiple languages, and on that point, Diskusija has proven to be a good fit.
Challenges
- The end-client was only looking for professionals with proven experience in clinical trial translation.
- All of the selected linguists had to be approved by the client.
- Several quality check steps were applied.
- Multiple linguists and multiple project managers working simultaneously.
Solution
The specialists required by the end-client were hard to find, and we took on this challenge because we were already specialised in medical translation and had a good number of professional resources.
We took the client’s requirements very seriously and approved every single linguist for the project team. They are all native speakers, competent in translating clinical trials, with a good command of CAT tools, and last, but not least – with them we can successfully respond to all queries, which is one of our daily responsibilities.
Quality and feedback monitoring is ongoing. Not only are there multiple revisions included in the workflow, but we also run our own internal quality checks to ensure streamlined deliveries.
Smooth daily production had to include clear and complete information and suggest appropriate arrangements where circumstances demanded it.
Results
Diskusija has localised a large number of clinical trials in various languages and continues to provide high-quality service on a daily basis.
We built a strong relationship based on flexibility, but stayed well organised and were able to work in synergy with the client.
